Returns & Exchanges

At Mylk The Label, we want you to love every piece you order, but if something isn't quite right, we offer returns for store credit or exchanges within 14 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original garment tags and labels are still attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Credit

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue your store credit or process your exchange within 5 business days.
